    The Initial State of Affairs

    Their existing website was struggling to meet their needs and wasn’t representing their brand effectively. They had no clear vision on a digital marketing strategy. Language barriers kept popular hosting companies who offered “pay for support” and web design services from providing any help and all of the deliverables from these companies were just slightly off the mark.

    They ended up going with GoDaddy’s website builder, the platform proved to be far less intuitive and user-friendly than advertised even with their new AI integration (what appears to be a chatbot), despite the team’s familiarity with basic web editing tools. The drag-and-drop interface, while meant to simplify the design process, was cumbersome and limiting, hindering The WG Team’s ability to create a unique, branded look that effectively showcased their properties and services. Essential features and functionalities were difficult to integrate, and the site suffered from poor performance and slow loading times.

    Execution and Ongoing Support

    The Web Experts team recognized that The WG Team needed more than just a website redesign; they required a long-term strategy, especially since the Las Vegas real estate market and the digital landscape of search were being replaced by AI and Answer Only search. A “content over design” strategy was implemented, and metrics of this new website were tirelessly measured and modifications made to enhance SEO over several months.
