The Client
Edison Bicycles is a bike shop on the Atlanta Beltline. Their original website had served well for years, but as the business and its offerings changed, the site became hard to maintain and a do-it-yourself replacement did not meet the professionalism the brand needed.
The Problem
The shop had been burned before: they hired a company that presented itself as local, discovered the work was outsourced, and paid for work that never arrived. They needed a partner who would actually deliver, and a site their own team could keep current, because weekends on the Beltline are their busiest hours and they cannot wait on a vendor for small updates.
What We Built
- A full website rebuild with AI and SEO strategy baked into the structure, not bolted on.
- Re-engagement strategies aimed at past Edison bike owners.
- A content platform the shop's internal team manages for day-to-day updates.
- An ongoing support relationship tuned to retail hours, because bike shops break things on Saturdays.
The Result, In the Client's Words
"What impressed me immediately was how the Web Experts team was full of creative ideas. We threw some curveballs at them, and they handled them without balking... We're definitely glad we chose Web Experts, and we plan to continue working with them moving forward." Read the full Edison Bicycles testimonial.
