Nothing is ever deleted
This is the part that matters. Spam Guard never destroys a message. Junk is set aside, not thrown out, and you can look at everything it set aside whenever you want.
Filters that delete are the reason people stop trusting filters. One lost enquiry from a real customer costs more than a year of this service. So we built it to be recoverable rather than aggressive, and if our screening is ever unavailable, your messages come straight through unfiltered instead of being held up.
Honest about what this is
- It starts in labelling mode. For your first weeks nothing is held back at all. Everything reaches you, tagged, so you can watch it work before it is allowed to intervene.
- You decide when it gets stronger. Only when you are satisfied do we switch it to holding junk back, and even then you can see and release anything it held.
- You can teach it. If your business gets enquiries that look unusual, tell us and we add that to your rules. It learns your business rather than the average one.
- It works on your site. WordPress or custom built, hosted with us or not, there is a way to connect it.
