These SMS Terms and Conditions apply to text messages sent by WebXperts Design, Inc. through its Fullmoon program. Fullmoon messages may include event reminders and schedule updates for people who have chosen to receive them.
SMS Consent
By checking the separate SMS consent box on the applicable form and providing a mobile number, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from WebXperts Design, Inc. for the Fullmoon program. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may decline SMS messages and still use the form or related service where available.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your selected alerts and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opting Out and Getting Help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and you will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Eligibility and Delivery
You must provide a valid U.S. mobile number and be authorized to enroll that number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability and other factors outside our control.
Privacy
Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone numbers to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms when the Fullmoon SMS program changes. The current version will always be posted on this page.
