Fullmoon Non-Disclosure and Proprietary Technology Acknowledgement

Terms You Are Acknowledging

Non-disclosure. You agree that Fullmoon, related workflows, product screens, demonstrations, prompts, automations, data flows, source code, configuration details, business methods, testing access, documents, communications, and other non-public materials are confidential and proprietary to Web Experts unless Web Experts has clearly made them public.

Limited use. You may use Fullmoon access only to evaluate, test, discuss, or provide feedback to Web Experts. You may not use the information for your own competing product, internal copy, resale, or any purpose outside the approved evaluation.

No sharing. You may not disclose, publish, post, screenshot, forward, sell, transfer, or otherwise share Fullmoon materials or access with any person or organization without written permission from Web Experts.

No reverse engineering. You agree not to copy, clone, scrape, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, reconstruct, benchmark for competitive purposes, extract prompts or logic from, or attempt to derive the structure, source code, architecture, workflow, model behavior, automations, integrations, or operating methods of Fullmoon.

No indirect reverse engineering. You also agree not to ask, hire, direct, assist, enable, or permit another person, contractor, developer, AI system, company, or third party to reverse engineer, imitate, duplicate, or reconstruct Fullmoon or any part of the proprietary technology.

Security and access. You are responsible for protecting any access credentials, links, files, screenshots, or information provided to you. You must notify Web Experts immediately if access is lost, exposed, or used without authorization.

Return or destruction. Upon request, you agree to stop using Fullmoon materials and return or destroy confidential materials, screenshots, exports, notes, or derivative copies in your possession or control.

Damages and injunctive relief. You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure, copying, misuse, or reverse engineering could cause substantial and difficult-to-measure harm to Web Experts, including loss of proprietary advantage, client opportunities, development investment, trade secrets, business value, and market position. You understand that monetary damages may be significant and that Web Experts may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to any other available remedies.

No license transfer. This acknowledgement does not grant ownership, intellectual property rights, source code rights, resale rights, sublicensing rights, or any right to create derivative products from Fullmoon.

Authority. If you are acting for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these obligations for yourself and, where applicable, for that organization.

Electronic signature. By typing your full legal name, entering your email address, checking the acknowledgement box, and submitting this form, you intend to electronically sign and accept these terms.
